Lago Elizalde is a unique property of 63 hectares (156 acres) located
approximately 70 km (44 miles) from Coyhaique, in Chilean Patagonia.
Coyhaique´s airport (Balmaceda) connects with Santiago 3 times daily
through regular flights.
The property is located in the western corner of Lago Elizalde,
where a peninsula almost closes the lake, creating a smaller and
calm body of water at the last end of the lake. The property has
1,800 meters of lake shore.
Furthermore, 2 rivers limit the property: The Rio Desagüe, taking
Lake Elizalde waters into Lago Caro, and Rio La Paloma. Both rivers
and Lago Elizalde last end provide excellent trout fishing. At Rio
La Paloma, several kms. away is located a renown fishing lodge.
Beautiful scenery surrounds the property, characterized by the presence
of forests and grassland. Its privacy, the fact that it is surrounded
by waters, and the beautiful landscapes make Lago Elizalde an ideal
spot for an exclusive fishing lodge, either private or for commercial
purposes.
