Lago Bravo is a truly unique property. It includes its own private lake, providing unmatched peace and privacy in a spectacular natural setting, characterized by dense lenga forests and natural pastures, all in the wilds of Patagonia, at the Andes foothills, and only 70km north of Coyhaique, the gateway to Chile 's XI Region.

The possibilities that the estate provides are quite uncommon. You will be able to enjoy not only trout fishing and the recreational activities a private lake provides, but also deer hunting, given the deer population present in the property and its surroundings.

The area where the property is located is a naturalist's heaven. Pumas, Andean foxes, wildcats and mountain hares all roam the surrounding hills, and more than 115 species of birds have been recorded. Wander quietly in the woods, and you may spot the scarlet head of a Magellenic woodpecker or the diminutive form of an Austral pygmy owl. Out on the steppe, you can find rheas, South America 's ostriches, or spot condors soaring high above on the thermals.

For sportsmen, there is outstanding fly-fishing for salmon and trout on the River Nirehuao and a number of local lakes, and in winter there is red-deer stalking.
